I tried to book this company to clean my oven . Having only
corresponded by email they insisted that I pay the full amount in advance , despite the fact that their website states payment in completion. I enquired what would happen if they didn’t show up or I’d I was unhappy with the job they did. They stated that they don’t have a refund policy!
Needless to say I won’t be using them .
