The ordering and delivery of the skates was fine, but having to pay to return, not good at all (nearly £5 to try on a pair of skates)
While buying online is easy, however you obviously cannot try on for comfort and hence are reliant totally on the image, so likelihood of a return very high
Would order further products if return was free
