First starting this course I felt apprehensive, Jon explained everything and how the course was going to be ran for the 3 days. This helped settle me straight away. Jon was very professional throughout and very patient. Due to none of us on the course ever done something like this before we did have some funny asnwers to hos questions. the interactivness of the course was brilliant, made everyone feel more settled and by the end of the day the whole group was feeling very confident. The whole course was well explained and ran to a high standard, and gladly I passed. Thank You
