After ordering on a Monday, and not being informed until I’d phone on Friday that my order would be dispatched the following Monday I must admit to being somewhat perplexed!
If despatch was going to be delayed, and in the interest of customer satisfaction, why on earth was I not informed as such soon after order?
Being informed is everything. The delayed despatch wasn’t an issue, not being pro actively notified was an issue.
An issue SO easily resolved.
