Horrible customer service. I placed an order and paid extra 16.23 for two day shipping. On day 4 I'd yet to receive tracking information. Then Luis responded "We regret that we are unable to provide an approximate dispatch date. I immediately request to cancel my order, so they updated my order to "cancelation in progress". a few days later they send an email stating order was shipped. I sent several emails requesting them to stop the order, because I'd already placed the same order with another company "Bikinn" who offers same two day service and processed my order in hours and shipped as stated. Back to probikekit. One week later and no tracking #, even though they claim its shipped. Last time with Probikekit.
