Paid the extra £14.99 for pre 1030next day delivery arrived at 2100pm not the first time this has happened either!
I will continue to buy from PTT only you need to deliver your promises especially when you take the extra money people pay for the service !
As a result I was left with a team of tradesman that couldn't do anything on the day .
I let it slide last time this happened,I don't like giving bad reviews only this time it's very justified !
