I placed an order on 31/05/22 and paid for next day delivery. By 4pm nothing had arrived so I telephoned to make sure the delivery was still scheduled for that day, I was assured it was. At 6pm still no delivery so I contacted them again, I was told the delivery company they use have refused to deliver as the items were 2.5m long, i said no problem, I will unload them as they are 8kg each, but no they wouldn't accept that. They said they would issue a full refund straight away, 6 days later and I've still not got a refund, they keep telling me that the delivery company they use still haven't returned the items to them and until that happens the refund won't be processed. How is this my problem ? The goods did not even arrive with me, I have never received them or even seen them. Very poor
