Experience depends on the seller. Mostly is good, guys trying to help and optionally explaining stuff around their products. I'm glad to see that there are people who can think outside the box. I order a floor sensor but the order has not arrived on promised time and being close to Christmas was very important to finish the floor. So guys took the sensor of the thermostat box and give it to me and I believe they will replace it later when the order arrives. Is good to see that people there recognise the importance of the situation and think outside the box to help the customer.
