I ordered online for some corner trim and corner pieces. The corner pieces were something you would get in a Christmas cracker, I rang up and explained it was wrong and they advised to return them and be refunded, I think if they send wrong sizes it should be picked up rather than costing me money to return items, I paid postage for the items as it was.
