It is not the first time I am in therapy. I have only been to 2 sessions.The first time in therapy, I did not have a great relation with the therapist, which was not here. Currently, I feel better about this. Personally I like an active way of communicating, which is happening. The location and how the room looks, is important for me. Going to therapy is a good thing. It has helped me on personal, family and social level.
