Dr Herescu has literally been a life saver. I have only been receiving psychiatric support from her for just over a month now. In this time she has helped me feel supported, heard, and helped me in a way I feel is above and beyond with understanding my diagnosis’, medications, therapy, and what I felt was emergency situations regarding my mental health. Dr Leticia from the psychologist department has been extremely helpful with my diagnosis’ in completing my assessment, giving advise and knowledge for my next steps and what the potential outcomes of those steps could be. The entire team at Private Therapy Clinic are incredibly supportive and are knowledgeable. The communication of the administrative team (Ed, Mjedea, Lizi) is always friendly and within the stated time and very professional. I will be continuing to use PTC for my ongoing mental health needs. I want to say to anyone looking to use PTC that this team make it worth the money, regardless of your personal circumstances!
