Overall experience is very satisfactory. Appointment making process is very prompt and efficient. Staff are very courteous. The clinic is very conveniently located (near Oxford Circus station). The doctor listens very deeply and offers help in a very professional and empathetic manner.
Few comments for improvement: the rooms need proper air conditioning in summer days. An online booking system would be great. It would be more comforting if patients are offered hot/cold drinks (coffee, juices, etc.).
