I’m forty plus and only started therapy a couple of years ago. It was initially very daunting for me but I’m so glad now that I made the decision to start. My therapist Vjosa has helped me on my journey so much that it has made me realise the importance of therapy not just in what it has done for me but also my loved ones who have to put up with me!
My only regret is that I wish I had taken therapy sooner.
