Very happy with the service provided by Sally. She's gone above and beyond to secure us a good deal, e.g. getting our application in to the lender within a very short timeframe the day before the product was pulled and rates increased further, any delays would have cost us £100s. All communication was clear, efficient and correct (which from experience is not always the case with mortgage brokers from other firms). Also not pushy on upselling insurance, the options were presented but it was entirely up to us to go with them or arrange our own insurance. Highly recommended, thank you
