I loved them mug and coaster that I bought for my friends for their Christmas presents. However I ordered a gift box for both the mug and coaster. When delivered, there was no gift box for either of them so I messaged customer service for the boxes as I needed them. The customer service from one of the employees was great as reply was quick and she stated that she has sent the gift boxes to me. When the boxes arrived I had two mug gift boxes and no coaster box which was frustrating as the picture of the coaster box on the website looked nice. I ended up having to go to a shop to buy a nice box that the coaster would fit in. The products were great and delivered quickly but unsure if ide order again due to the problems experienced.
