The mug & coaster with photos on them arrived promptly. The quality of the photos printed on both was of good quality & everyone who saw the items were impressed. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews after I had sent off my order but I'm glad I hadn't read them otherwise I would have bought elsewhere & that would have been a shame. Would order again on result of my experience with the company & quality of goods
