I've had a really good experience with Printerland. The printer I purchased was cheaper on this website, which is always a good start. There was a little bit of a mix up initially with the employees confusing a discount code I found online, assuming I purchased a printer that has already been opened, but after a quick explanation, this was sorted without issue. I wouldn't have known about their mistake had they not reached out to me to confirm my order, so I really appreciate that. Not only did they call me, but they emailed me when I failed to answer the call. It did stress me out a little, mostly because I was due to go into work an hour later and couldn't get through to them via phone call for some reason, but the employees were all super helpful with surprisingly fast email responses, faster than some online chats! So that relieved my stress a little. I'd definitely consider purchasing something from this website again, should the need arise. I've had no problems so far with the printer, though I still need to try it out with the reason I purchased it - foiling! I'll definitely be leaving a review on the printer itself once I've had time to test its ability to foil.
