Matthew was outstanding from start to finish, when I first spoke to him I had a distrusting attitude towards the company due to previous deliveries not materialising when agreed. Despite this he remained completely professional and the item did then ship and arrive when he said it would. Upon arrival I found could not get the item to work and he then well went over and above by helping diagnose that a broken socket within the printer itself was the issue and therefore wireless printing would not be possible.
