I have always had exceptional service from Printerland and buying a printer from them was the best move I ever made having had a succession of unreliable printers. They are always on hand to help and advise and recently, when I needed a new toner cartridge, I received it within 24 hours. Also, they have 'real people' on the other end of the phone who are so easy and pleasant to contact.
