We recently purchased a printer form your company which unfortunately was faulty. We got in touch with Epson and they told us it was a software problem. After going though numerous checks they were not prepared to investigate further. We got in touch with your company and within a few days it was sorted and it was not a software problem after all. Your staff were amazing they were extremely helpful and we were kept informed as the matter was proceeding .
