The prices were cheaper than other places and Steve our account manager reverted quickly to our emails and turned our order around rapidly for us which was great.
We had an issue with the order and how it was dealt with didn't really impress me but I will know to check all the paperwork and ensure it is 150% correct next time before giving the go ahead.
