This is really a great idea. My printed pdf came as two books bound, which was really nice, for the most part. Unfortunately, the person doing the binding forgot to add the backing page before binding each book and just stuck it on the binder spokes. Now it falls off every time I pick it up. Clearly some hiccups left in the system but I like the service in general.
