I originally reviewed with a 2 star for lack of communication about font sizing. I had asked for help, because it was not clear on ordering, how to adjust the font size, or I missed it, and I received a book printed too small to read comfortably. I was, however contacted and offered a replacement, which was very fair. I'm not taking it, because it was my fault, so really be aware when ordering- but, too had I received a response to my email after ordering, it could have been prevented altogether.
