Ordered 3. Asked for ID 3 times. 3 times provided. Took £ for all 3 and refunded 2 immediately, as they thought it was 1 order.
Phoned them to discuss about asking for ID 3 times and was met with someone who wouldn't listen and kept on about refund issues.
Dreadful from start to finish.
