Price, Quality & Process all good. Only negative point was lack of communication on delay in documentation. The delay, nearly 3 weeks was due to DVLA processing hold up which although outside PRIMO control was not communicated & when I contacted PRIMO was given very unsatisfactory response stating I was informed in the paperwork that the documentation would come separate to plates. It was only on responding to this e-mail I received a curtious response. As it happened I was not looking to fit plates immediately but would not have been happy had this been the case.
