A slight hiccup in the beginning, I purchased a plate online but I got a phone call the following day to say it was unavailable and they forgot to take it off the website - quite disappointing. However, the service has been excellent. I got my plates the next day and also got confirmation that I can put my plates on a day after sending my log book off. Very quick service and helpful. Plates look great too in the 3D gel design.
