Very satisfied with the service I have received. The whole process was simple and easy to understand and the company kept me informed by text message and email throughout. They even sent a reminder about returning the necessary documentation after a few days because there was a slight delay on our part because we gave our daughter the plates on her birthday so we couldn’t send the V5 till after that or it would have spoiled the surprise. Well worth paying the fee for Primo to deal with the transfer process on our behalf. I will be happy to use them again although a cherished number plate is not something I purchase frequently ! PPN
