Website said item was in stock, I needed it as soon as possible so requested next day delivery. Other items arrived but the main one (blood pressure machine) didn’t arrive. When I contacted the team was forwarded an email (which I never originally received) saying the item was out of stock and would be sent after 2 weeks.
Disappointed.
