I ordered 2 nightwear items, under the impression they were both bamboo. To find out that one set of pyjamas weren't bamboo. The other pair that were bamboo, were lovely. Then I contacted customer services and explained the situation and wanted to exchange the pyjamas for a bamboo nightie. They were very helpful and agreed to do this free of charge. Unfortunately Royal Mail were suppose to collect my parcel Saturday am, but didn't arrive. My daughter stayed in the afternoon to answer the door if needed. They didn't arrive, although they sent me a message saying the had tried to collect the parcel in the afternoon but no-one was in?
