My order went astray through Royal Mail. The company refused to send me a replacement or a refund until THEY had been reimbursed by RM. I have never experienced a retailer who put themselves before their client.
They don’t care in the slightest about their customers.
It’s over two weeks and I have spent hundreds of pounds and still haven’t received anything. How they can actually think that this is acceptable I do not know.
One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
