The actual ordering and choices were very good - however what did let you down was the fact that although a tracking order was supposed to be given by the courier - it wasn't so I didn't know that the order had been delivered. In fact it was delivered but I had to check with the company as it was supposed to be a surprise and I didn't want to check with the recipient. But I had to and it was delivered 3 days earlier than it should have been - that said, they were delighted with the quality of the goods, so thank you
