New windows are a bigger and more complicated procedure than we first thought! It was great to work with people who were knowledgeable, experienced and understanding, who cared about quality and customer service over sales talk. Prestige's business model was so far away from what we experienced with other window manufacturers/sellers. We felt at all times that we were dealing with professionals who were invested in the quality of the product and service of their business rather than a large firm just churning out windows. It felt like our project mattered to them. They took time to understand our requirements, then to develop, explain and then amend a specification which suited us. They actually listened and answered professionally even the most basic questions. We were given both technical and aesthetic advice but not pushed down any path and importantly given a mock up of how the windows would look. There was no pressure once the quote had been done and the pricing was clear and reasonable. Installation was very easy to organise and remarkably efficient with no mess, a high quality finish and done by confident, experienced and friendly craftsmen.
