We (small primary school) bought hand sanitiser dispensers in August and September 2020. We had several broken within a few month of use.
I rang the company and was told that it is our children who must be willfully braking the dispensers. We do not agree with that as three of the broken ones were from the satff room, adult toilet and main office.
As a 'gesture of goodwill' they replaced 5 of the broken ones. But they would not replace any more despite the product having a ONE year warranty on them.
I would not order of this company again.
