Do not expect next day delivery flowers to be delivered on time. Wish I had heeded earlier reviews. Having ordered some five hours before the deadline for next day delivery and that I live in central Scotland close to Glasgow, I made, as it turns out, a very ill judged assumption that "prestige" actually meant something, hey ho you live and learn.
Do not expect any customer centric conversation when you raise a non delivery issue. Arrogance beyond belief. Expensive and unreliable. Do no recommend.
