The flowers arrived at my friend's house the day after her birthday. Really disappointing. The strap line says next day delivery and when I complained about this, I was told that it isn't guaranteed. It is the case that this is in the small print, but given that you go through the process of choosing your day and the delivery information in your order reflects the day you want the flowers delivered, it seems misleading at best to say ' next day'. After an exchange of several emails, I was told that the company are sorry I feel disappointed. For £6.99 it would have been cheaper to drive to my friend's house and give her the flowers in person. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company as this is not good customer service. It's such a shame as I like to support smaller companies but I feel compelled to post this review.
