I purchased a number of items that were delivered. The contents weren't checked until the tiler arrived a few days later. Quantities for 2 items had been mixed up at packing, easy mistake as it was a difference of 2mm. I called and spoke to Ciaran Kennedy who was really helpful and despatched the correct item to arrive the next day. The tiler was still on site so no real delay was caused. In an era where many companies have done away with human interaction it was so refreshing to speak to someone straight away. He resolved the issue immediately and is a real credit to the company.
