I am a new customer to this company and I been so impressed by their customer service. Their products have arrive, on time in good condition. I have required additional items linked to my order but not listed on the website. They answered my phone call promptly, passing to technical support and Dave then sourced my Request and still managed to get them to me next day (on a Saturday before 10.am). My team have been over the moon with the drill kits and cases. I intend to continue using this trade supplier. Well done to Dave and his colleagues.
