After a month of many emails to have my elliptical fix. The company sent me a link to pay £215 for the repair. One week later passed and none one contacted me. When I contacted customer service, oh surprise. Quote the answer from customer service: "Unfortunately this part can take up to 6 months as we have no stock in the UK" Why did the company send me the link to pay and not inform me before, that the part would take up to six months to arrive? If you guys sell fitness equipment, you should also have the parts to fix it in stock.
