It’s a real shame I am having to write this review but if you are looking at purchasing one of their exercise bikes to use regularly and not use as an expensive clothes dryer then I wouldn’t bother. The first bike I had one of the cranks snapped and I was given the option for a full refund or the bike be replaced. As the service was good at this point and I was enjoying the bike i took the option for a replacement. After about 3 months use, the same issue happened. Weak broken crank. I was again offered a full refund or the option to upgrade to a better bike. Again I decided to be a fair customer and keep my money with them and decided to upgrade. The upgraded version B10 had a water bottle holder. This was so flimsy and cheap it broke on the 2nd use. I still continued to use the bike without this as it wasn’t a major issue. A few months down the line I’m now stuck with another faulty bike which sounds possessed when you try to move any resistance making the bike unusable unless you live alone on the moon. The break pads are out of line and only 1 makes contact for resistance. All I have now been offered is replacement parts, like I know how to take the whole thing apart to fix it! I have raised a complaint and they are now refusing a refund as the other two bikes that were replaced were a ‘gesture of good will’ and in their words we have reached ‘stalemate’. Shocking customer service in handling a complaint and cheap rubbish equipment.
