Contact with Powerbug easy to establish and subsequent information and eventual order placing very efficient. Trolley works well. There were no operating instructions in the delivery box. I copied them from their website. The battery tray insert is of the wrong dimensions but my battery locates onto the battery tray. Overall very good value for money.
