Powerbug themselves are an excellent company to deal with. Very responsive and very helpful.
My recent order was delivered promptly. The only downside was the courier, Evri, who left the parcel out in the rain on my doorstep for several hours till I got home. Luckily the order was for tray inserts which are waterproof. It might have been a different story for a battery etc. I suggest they use a better courier as Evri or Hermes as they used to be known has a dreadful reputation
