I have a powerbug trolley and waterproof bag. One year and a few days on, one of the main zips has broken on the bag. Very impressed that powerbug shipped me a new replacement bag. My only gripe would be that it took a few emails for it to finally happen and their responsiveness was not particularly good but I'll put that down to covid and the busy Christmas period.
