Ordered kit which exceeded the value eligible for free next day delivery. Ticked the box requesting next day delivery and received the kit three days later, not impressed. Customer services apologised and said they'd raise the issue with web services and despatch. Late arrival caused a delay on the project the kit was ordered for.
