One of the batteries is a doa and not very useful help from ptw cust services,
I have only ever had 2 doa bosch batts in 15yrs!! And to say its a faff to get this changed over under a week old is a nightmare, i may just chose to not deal with ptw (cg fixings) after this fiasco,
I have been loyal to them for yrs and they shun folk like they have!! Disgusting
