Ordered as per web site stating all orders would be delivered prior to Xmas
Three times DPD failed to attempt delivery !
I contacted DPD to ask why they had failed on three occasions and was told they would deliver the Wednesday after Xmas this was a week later !!
I contacted power tool world and cancelled the order
Will not order from them again due to there delivery company !
Still waiting the refund when they received the item prior to Xmas !
AVOID until they get a decent delivery company
