Pretty happy with PTW for the most part, having bought from them a few times now. The main issue is that they don't send stuff out in a plain outer cardboard box, just the 'display' packaging it was supplied from the manufacturer with, so it means you hope the delivery/courier company has honest workers (not always the case), as this exposed product identifier particularly with power tools, is a temptation to thieves, luckily so far so good. I suspect they may be drop shippers which would explain it, but doesn't excuse it, as just plain sloppy and unprofessional, especially if the original packaging is not fit for purpose of the rough handling it gets in transit from PTW to consumer.
