The lady i spoke to at Customer Service before I placed my order was very friendly and helpful. Delivery wad prompt, but sadly the box was badly damaged. As this is a Christmas gift I rang Customer Care and asked for a replacement. However as the goods inside the box weren't damaged they told me they couldn't guarantee that the replacement wouldn't also be damaged. They offered me a discount of almost 10% or a refund. As this was the present my son had asked for, I had to accept the discount and patch up a damaged box! Not the outcome I wanted!
My suggestion therefore is that goods are not sent out just in the manufacturer's box, but with an outer safer packing, or change your delivery company?
Other than that, no complaints but the item is a Christmas presents so vmcannot comment on whether it works or is what it says.
