I have place an order of £1400 tools and onthe delivery transport part of my tools got missing.
I have today 2 weeks waiting for power tools world to tell me when I get my tools or refund.
They open a case with they delivery contractor(DPD) but no updates .phone them daily and no answers to my issue.
Bottom line I am without tools and no money after 2 weeks and still don’t know how long will take to get sorted.
