I ordered and paid for a dewalt radio waited nearly two weeks in total only to be told that it had been delivered by courier and signed for , i or none of my family or neighbours took or signed for a delivery
I have ask power tool world for copy of signature and other details they are ignoring my request .
At the minute I’m 180 pounds out of pocket and I haven’t received my item it’s crazy that a high profile company like this can have such shocking customer service 😡
