Reasonable pricing and quick delivery, however order came in a plain brown box rather than actual manufacturers packaging (repackaged?). Some of the standard accessories listed were also missing, after contacting customer services they informed me that they don't come with the sander despite being listed in description. Partial refund to cover replacement of missing items was eventually given. I'm unlikely to use Power Tool World again as can't trust all parts of my order will arrive.
